At-line Terminals
The At-Line Terminal is the central interface that connects operators directly to the Wyatt ERP System from the production floor. Designed with simplicity in mind, the terminal provides real-time data visualization and control over key production metrics, all through an intuitive touchscreen interface. It incorporates color-coded icons and visual cues, making it accessible to non-English speakers and minimizing the need for extensive training. The rugged design ensures that it can withstand the harsh conditions of a factory environment, while providing operators with critical insights into the efficiency and status of production lines.
Sensors
The Sensors are integral components of Wyatt ERP Systems, designed to collect accurate, real-time data from the production line. These hardware devices monitor key variables such as machine performance, production speed, and potential bottlenecks or slowdowns. Each sensor is easy to install and integrates seamlessly with the system, feeding data directly to the At-Line Terminal and Web App. By providing precise, actionable data, the sensors allow for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, helping factories avoid costly downtime and inefficiencies.
Web App
The Web App is the command center for remote management and oversight of the Wyatt ERP System. Accessible from any device with internet connectivity, the Web App allows factory managers and executives to view real-time production data, generate reports, and track overall performance from anywhere. The app provides a comprehensive view of multiple production lines and integrates data collected by the At-Line Terminal and Sensors. With its user-friendly design, it gives decision-makers quick access to insights, enabling data-driven optimizations across the factory floor.
